Terms for using Parallel.

Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to the Parallel AI Workforce website and Bridal Intelligence experience operated by Lance C Herbert, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Business decision support
Bridal Intelligence provides informational and decision-support outputs based on available data and rules. It does not guarantee sales, demand, profitability, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for purchasing, inventory, pricing, staffing, and other business decisions.
Market information may be incomplete
Market signals can be delayed, incomplete, noisy, or later contradicted by additional evidence. Outputs should be used as one input alongside your own store performance, customer demand, professional judgment, and other relevant information.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse another person's account.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or connected data. Automated use that materially interferes with the service may be restricted.
Connected-store services
Inventory, sales, or other store-data integrations may require separate implementation, commercial, privacy, security, or data-processing terms. Those additional terms will control where they conflict with these general website terms.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, access, or free usage at any time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves.
Intellectual property
The Parallel AI Workforce name, product design, software, workflows, interfaces, and original content are owned by or licensed to Lance C Herbert, LLC. These terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lance C Herbert, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you used only the free service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama.
