Who we are
Parallel AI Workforce is operated by Lance C Herbert, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. This policy applies to the Parallel AI Workforce website and Bridal Intelligence experience.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, boutique or business name, contact-form messages, and questions you submit to Bridal Intelligence.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, respond to inquiries, maintain security, understand product usage, and evaluate requests to connect business data to Parallel products.
Business data
If you later choose to connect inventory, sales, or other business data, those connections will be handled under additional implementation terms or agreements applicable to that service. The free Bridal Intelligence experience does not require you to connect store data.
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the site, authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, and related functions. Those providers may process information on our behalf subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and purpose.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, use the Connect My Store form and state that your request concerns privacy.
Children
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
